28th October - Instructor get together in Pembroke

We have just finished another successful expedition season and to thank our instructors for all their hard work we planned a surfing trip to Pembroke.  Despite the grey weather we had a fantastic time. The surf was excellent, everyone was catching waves in no time and most of us even managed to stand up, even if it wasn't for long!

27th September - DofE Wales Adventure Race

The A to Z team (Jo, Bob, Alison, John, Caroline and Jonathan) took part in this 2 day event to raise money for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award in Wales.  They were supported through out the event by David who provided food and transport.  The team ran, hiked, orienteered, mountain biked, sweated and threw-up (blame the Jelly Babies!).  Everyone had a great weekend, thanks to the Ian and the DofE team for organising such a fantastic event.  Congratulations to the team for their hard earned 4th place (they were the highest placed mixed team).

20th May - A to Z celebrate moving into their new workshop

With the help of our friends we have built walls, painted the whole building and have fitted shelves, cupboards and worksurfaces.  So we decided that we should celebrate and thank everyone for their help with a few glasses of wine.
