Cost & Payment

To make life easier all cycle training and expeditions cost £70 per person per day (minimum 10 participants). Our simple pricing policy make it easy for you to manage your costs.

Design your Programme

These are examples of the programmes that we can offer, however we will work with you to design a programme that meets the needs of your group and students. This can include extra training or practice expeditions for groups with limited experience.

What we include

DofE Expedition presentation at a location convenient for you – we will help you spread the word to prospective participants and their parents.

Comprehensive pre-expedition paperwork pack for participants and parents, including consent forms and kit lists etc.

Assistance with expedition paperwork. We will complete operating authority notifications, green forms and risk assessments.

A single point of contact within A to Z Expeditions to provide continuing support throughout your expedition programme. Your questions answered quickly!

High quality training, delivered at a location convenient for you.

Parents Q&A at the end of training – let us answer the questions for you.

Training materials and helpful handouts for participants.

Supervision throughout the expeditions from experienced and friendly instructors.

Accredited assessors for the qualifying expedition.

Fantastic cycling locations

We primarily use the country roads, forestry tracks and bridleways of South and Mid Wales for our cycling expeditions, however if you would like to venture further afield please contact us to discuss your requirements.
