After pursuing a career in science she swapped her lab coat for a Gore-tex jacket and hasn't looked back.

Zoe has been managing companies in the outdoors for the past 7 years, including a very successful Gap Year programme. Zoe makes sure that everything runs smoothly, if she could dot every i twice she would. But this is not the limit of her talents; Zoe is a Mountain Leader and will also be delivering training and supervising our expeditions.

Tim is a full time outdoor instructor and has worked with Duke of Edinburgh's Award groups for more than 10 years.  Originally a Geography teacher, he is now a qualified International Mountain Leader and has led in the UK, Europe and beyond.  He prides himself on training people in the skills to make their expedition fun and successful.  He particularly likes cold places and recently confessed that he has spent more than four years living and working in the Arctic and Antarctic!
