DofE Adventure Race
This annual fund raising event is organised by the DofE in Wales and took place in the Brecon Beacons on 22nd and 23rd September 2012.
14 teams competed over two days, canoeing, running, mountain biking, hiking and orienteering. There was quite a bit of competition amongst the top teams. Teams from PWC, GE Aviation, Western Power, London Oratory School and Christ College Brecon all put in strong performances but despite incurring a penalty in the canoeing the A to Z Expeditions team just pipped them to first place. All of the other teams should also be congratulated for their stirling performances - particularly in the wet weather on Sunday.
